Just an email address gets you a store. No long forms, no credit checks, no waiting on approval. You can be open for business by lunch.
We never hold your money.
Customer payments go straight from the customer to you — either cash at the door, or digitally to your wallet. plug.delivery isn't in the middle of the money flow, so we can't freeze it, hold it, or lose it.
Your data is yours.
We collect what we need to run your store — your email to log you in, your products to display them, your orders to fulfill them. That's it. We don't sell it, rent it, share it with advertisers, or feed it to AI models. Read the full Privacy Policy.
Leave any time, with everything.
Download a full export of your store and customers from your account page. Delete your account and everything is scrubbed within 30 days. No retention games, no hoops.
You run your store. We run the rails.
You set your menu, your hours, your prices, your delivery area, and your house rules. We don't second-guess what you sell or how you run things — that's your call as the owner. Our content limits are short and posted in the Terms; outside of those, we stay out of your way.
Straight talk, not surprises.
If we ever need to take action on a store, we tell the owner exactly why. If we get a government data request, we publish it (where the law allows) in an annual transparency report. Our infrastructure stays under our roof, not on a tech giant's cloud, so the rails stay reliable.
